My very first load, I ate about 7'500 calories on both days... I doubt I'll ever be able to eat that much again but I still strive to get there whenever I load. It's like a 'loading goal'. =)

The 'snack' on Sunday was actually a piece of white chocolate with coconut flakes in it but I couldn't find anything to accurately describe it, so I just made do with what I could find. =)
I'm soooo full!! I really don't know how I managed to get so many calories in on Sunday. When I completed my food journal, it said that if every day was like today, I'd gain 40+ pounds in 5 weeks. That would be horrible!! And practically impossible to lose that much weight in that short of a period of time. That's so irritating!!
Anyway, I'll keep you posted starting Monday as to how my losses go!! I can't wait!! =)
